The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has started a review of the 2026 Hajj and Umrah operations. They are inviting Nigerian pilgrims and other interested people to send in their complaints, observations, and suggestions about the services during the event.
The commission said this feedback will help them spot problems, improve future pilgrimages, and enhance the supervision of those involved in Hajj and Umrah operations.
NAHCON also mentioned that the submissions will help decide whether to renew licenses for service providers. This includes tour operators, State Muslim Pilgrims’ Welfare Boards, airlines, cargo companies, caterers, and places to stay.
The commission is asking anyone with comments or suggestions to send their messages, including their full addresses, to its office in Abuja or through its official email addresses. The deadline for submissions is 31 July 2026.
